The sneakers are unfortunately not true to size (38/24cm) they actually run a little smaller. I have to pay for reshipping and exchange etc etc which is such a headache on top of the $$ fees that I’ve to fork out on my own. Customer service was also non-existent I had to approach them on several SNS just to get someone to reply.
