My korea supplier was bought from TMon link while your brand is promoting on sale period. Then that item was shipped to myanmar by sea over 2 month. When the shoe is arrived to myanmar, I was checked on chaakan all item. After that I found out the downsite of leather quality is peeled on white shoe & the tip of shoe is already cracked on outsite leather.

How is your responsibility ? 

Your brand's leather quality is normally like that during Tmon sale period ?
