but to lower the unit price of shoes, all products are made in a Chinese factory.

For this reason, for some products, the Chinese size is often marked on the bottom.

Please check the Chinese size that matches the EU size you ordered. 

If the two sizes do not match, the shoe was delivered incorrectly.
